(3) Slag removal. In galvanizing production, due to the chemical properties of aluminum itself and the temperature of the zinc liquid, the generation of zinc slag is inevitable. Scum generally adopts the method of slag removal, and attention must be paid to the removal of scum at the exit of the strip steel in the zinc pot. , because the scum here is easy to adhere to the surface of the strip.
2. Solutions to thick edge defects:
Adjust the lip shape of the air knife to increase the blowing pressure at the edge of the strip.
